Johnny's Jeep (and RJ's too!)2226 viewsFrom Johnny Dabovich:
I've been a Steelers fan since the age of 7, I'm now 44. Growing up in New Mexico and now living in Colorado, it's hard to collect anything with 'Steelers' on it. So when I had the chance to paint a vehicle black and gold I jumped on it.
My son RJ is a huge fan of Ben, His entire room is covered with Steelers memorabilia. We went to Pittsburgh to watch the AFC Championship game but RJ was bummed he didn't get to ever meet a player, hopefully will get out there again during training camp so he can meet Ben or other players.
RJ would be pumped if he knew Ben saw "his" jeep.
I restored the jeep to have fun in the mountains and go off road, when it was complete I asked Kenny Banks to put a mural on the hood and some kind of a pattern down the side. He said he always wanted to do something big but he always had to paint what the customer wanted and nobody would have the patience to complete a big project. I told him that as long as it had something to do with the Steelers he could run with his idea.
So 18-months later, this is what the final project looks like. I always joke with Kenny that he ruined my jeep, cause now it just sits in the garage.
The pictures really don't do it justice. It won a car show here in Pueblo for best of show first time out. Most people see it for what it is and complement it, but there are those dumb Bronco fans that mock it.
*Johnny, thank you so much for sharing your photos!

First weekend of Training Camp, 2018355 viewsScott not only posed for a photo with Ben this weekend, but sent us some great action photos of #7 hard at work!
“People can debate who the best QB in the NFL is all they want. For me, the only QB I want leading my team is Big Ben. It was great seeing him today! Both in his tireless dedication to his craft and in the generous way he treats the team’s supporters, Ben sets an example befitting of his leadership role on the team. It is always a pleasure for us to see Ben and interact with him in person. My family and I are proud that he is the QB of the team we love!†— Scott Juba.

Tom & Alexis Keen - January 8, 2013 906 viewsMy wife and I were driving home from Florida after visiting her parents for the holidays and we ended up staying at the Hyatt Regency in Louisville Kentucky. It was funny because it was probably a 1 in 30 chance that we ended up at that hotel because we used Priceline to book it so we didn't get to choose where we stayed.
We were up in our room and looking on the Facebook page when we realized Big Ben, Brett Keisel, and Merril Hodge were in the area at the ATA Show. We decided to get dressed and walk around the hotel a bit, never thinking we would run into them. We walked down to the lobby and lterally two minutes later Big Ben walked in the front door.
Being huge Steelers fans for 25 years, my wife and I were totally stoked! I called out to him that I would love to get a picture with him and he hollered over to me, "Let's do it"!
We were so excited that night we could hardly sleep. Thank you so much Ben for stopping for us to get a picture and to make such an awesome memory.
Congratulations to you and your wife on having Ben Junior and much luck next year. Hopefully you can bring home number seven -- Tom Keen
